It’s not that I feel empty. No, it’s not that. Maybe it’s the occasional loneliness but I don’t really mind it. But no, it’s not that.
It’s the mornings when I wake up with heart racing and I don’t know what to do. It’s the random times where I can feel the clock ticking, counting down the time I have left. It’s the nights where I ponder what the next day would bring.
It’s the uncertainty. Of everything.
I hate it.
